Conference/workshop attendance in Orlando

Conference and workshop presenting authors, invited speakers, and panelists should plan to present their work in person at the conference. We will allow virtual presentations only in cases of visa issues, covid-related health issues, or other genuine hardship and with prior permission of the general or workshop chair.

Conference and workshop non-presenting authors of accepted papers and students may attend talks virtually (via a virtual registration option) provided they are unable to attend the conference due to visa issues, covid-related health issues, or other genuine hardship. This option is offered in good faith to the community at large for reasons of inclusivity.
