• ACM e-Energy main conference registration includes all sessions from Jun 17th to 20th 2025, one ticket for the banquet in Jun 19th evening, and one ticket for the reception in Jun 17th evening.
• Workshops only registration is only for attending the workshops on Jun 17th. It includes neither the reception nor the banquet. This registration allows you to attend any of the e-Energy workshops on Jun 17th.
• Tutorials only registration is only for attending the tutorials on Jun 17th. It includes neither the reception nor the banquet. This registration allows you to attend any of the e-Energy tutorials on Jun 17th.
• Main conference, workshops, and tutorials registration includes the above three registration types.
• Additional banquet tickets can be purchased at $140 per person.

Registration rates - all prices are in USD

At least one unique author must register for e-Energy’25 at the full registration rate (non-student) for the paper to appear in the proceedings. To encourage poster/demo presentations, a full main conference registration can cover a main conference paper and a demo/poster abstract. For student demo/poster presenter without a main conference paper, a student conference registration can cover a demo/poster abstract. The details can be found from the following table.

Authors with ACM Student Membership need to register at the ACM (Non-student) Member rate (e.g., 860 or 775 USD for early bird registration) to meet the requirement for one accepted main conference paper (either full or notes). For that, they need to register as a non-member with a special discount for the difference in the registration fee. Please email your request for the discount code and further instructions to [email protected]. Authors who are student non-members and interested in this discount are encouraged to become ACM student members to be eligible.

Each accepted contribution needs to meet the requirement by May 20th 2025. Otherwise, the contribution may be excluded from the conference program and proceedings. Questions on this requirement can be directed to the General Chairs.

Conference and workshop presenting authors, invited speakers, and panelists should plan to present their work in person at the conference. We will allow virtual presentations only in case of visa issues, illness, or other genuine hardship and with prior permission of the General Chair.

• Registration canceled on/before May 15th 2025 (i.e., the cut-off date for early bird rate) is subject to a $50 processing fee.
• Registration canceled on/after May 16th 2025 will not be refunded.
• If your visa is denied, you will be refunded the full registration amount less a $50 processing fee.
