Registration types:
- ACM e-Energy main conference registration includes all sessions from Jun 5th to 7th 2024, one ticket for the banquet in Jun 6th evening, and one ticket for the reception in Jun 4th evening.
- Workshops only registration is only for attending the workshops on Jun 4th. It includes neither the reception nor the banquet. This registration allows you to attend any of the e-Energy workshops on Jun 4th.
- Main conference and workshops registration includes the above two registration types.
- Additional banquet tickets can be purchased at $140 per person.

Registration Requirement for Accepted Contributions
At least one unique author must register for e-Energy’24 at the full registration rate (non-student, non-virtual) for the paper to appear in the proceedings. To encourage poster/demo presentations, a full main conference registration can cover a main conference paper and a demo/poster abstract. For student demo/poster presenter without a main conference paper, a student conference registration can cover a demo/poster abstract. The details can be found from the following table.
Each accepted contribution needs to meet the requirement by May 4th 2024. Otherwise, the contribution may be excluded from the conference program and proceedings. Questions on this requirement can be directed to the General Chairs.

In-person Presentations Only
Conference and workshop presenting authors, invited speakers, and panelists should plan to present their work in person at the conference. We will allow virtual presentations only in case of visa issues, illness, or other genuine hardship and with prior permission of the General Chair.
Refund Policies
- Registration canceled on/before April 30th 2024 (i.e., the cut-off date for early bird rate) is subject to a $50 processing fee.
- Registration canceled on/after May 1st 2024 will not be refunded.
